1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phchas ("phchas", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phchas.club ("Platform", "Site", "Service"). phchas operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), the body responsible for licensing and overseeing online gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing phchas.club, registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the Service.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and phchas.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered player account on phchas.club through which the player may access the Platform's Services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash rewards credited to a Player's Account under a phchas promotion.
• "GCash / PayMaya" refers to the Philippine e-wallet payment services used for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing phchas operations.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and/or uses the Platform's gaming Services.
• "Platform" means the phchas.club website and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services offered thereon.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player or credited from settled winning bets, which are withdrawable subject to applicable terms.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time caps, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to Players through their Account settings.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3. Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the phchas Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform. PAGCOR mandates 21 as the minimum age for online casino participation in the Philippines. phchas strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation at any stage to verify age.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, and automated accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, including any exclusion applied voluntarily through the phchas Platform or any PAGCOR-administered exclusion list.
• You must not currently hold another active phchas Account. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one Account. Holding multiple accounts simultaneously constitutes a violation of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and residential address. phchas reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation, including a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, Passport, or Driver's License), at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in suspension or termination of the Account and forfeiture of any pending Bonus Balance.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. Your login credentials — username, mobile number, and password — are personal and confidential. You must not share, disclose, or transfer your Account credentials to any third party for any reason.

• You are responsible for all transactions, bets, and game sessions conducted through your Account whether or not they were authorized by you, except in cases of confirmed fraudulent activity reported to phchas promptly in accordance with these Terms.
• You must notify phchas immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• phchas recommends enabling two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) from your Account security settings and using a unique, strong password not shared with any other platform.
• You agree to keep your registered contact details — particularly your mobile number used for GCash payments and OTP delivery — current and accurate at all times.
• phchas will never request your password by phone, live chat, or email. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

phchas supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are reflected in your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation by the respective payment provider.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed during banking hours and may take up to 3 hours on business days. Weekend or holiday transfers may take longer.
• phchas does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered Account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals require completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. First withdrawals require submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• Withdrawals to GCash typically process within 5 to 30 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically process the same business day.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal limits are detailed in the Account cashier section and may vary by Player tier and payment channel.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that match the registered Account holder's identity. phchas does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus Balance is not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds must meet applicable Wagering Requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

phchas offers bonuses and promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, daily reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. phchas reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility based on account history, geographic location, or other criteria at its sole discretion.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement for deposit match bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Cashback bonuses credited under the weekly cashback program carry no wagering requirement.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unfulfilled bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Different game types contribute differently toward Wagering Requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and certain other categories may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time per Account, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• phchas reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on the phchas Platform — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, dice, and pirate fishing — are subject to their individual game rules as displayed within the game interface, which form part of these Terms by reference. The following general gaming rules apply across all categories:

• The outcomes of all Random Number Generator (RNG) based games are determined by certified RNG software audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of a real dealer in a professional studio environment. Outcomes displayed in the game interface are final.
• Sports betting odds and markets may be changed or withdrawn at any time before a bet is confirmed. Odds and market availability are not guaranteed until a bet is accepted and confirmed by the phchas system.
• In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection, phchas reserves the right to void affected game rounds or bets and return staked amounts to the Player's Account balance. No compensation beyond the original stake amount is payable in such circumstances.
• Bets placed through automated means, bots, or scripting tools are prohibited and will be voided. Any winnings derived from such activity will be forfeited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phchas Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Participating in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer poker or other competitive game formats.
• Using software, tools, or techniques (including but not limited to bots, artificial intelligence tools, betting calculators integrated with the Platform, or scripting programs) to automate gameplay, manipulate odds, or gain an advantage not available to other Players.
• Exploiting game glitches, software errors, or pricing mistakes. Players who discover such issues must report them to phchas support immediately and must not attempt to profit from them.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or unauthorized use of payment instruments.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activities.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phchas staff or other Platform users.

9. Responsible Gaming

phchas is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all Account holders at no cost and can be activated at any time through Account Settings or by contacting phchas support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours following any upward adjustment request.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further play is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. The Platform will notify you when you approach your limit and will end the session when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your Account ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusions of 6 months or longer are treated as permanent and may only be lifted after the exclusion period expires and following a formal review.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, game graphics, text, images, and other materials available on phchas.club are the intellectual property of phchas or its licensors and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from phchas.club without the prior written consent of phchas. Unauthorized use of phchas intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phchas and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.

phchas does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phchas makes every reasonable effort to maintain Platform availability and accuracy of game outcomes, technical outages, maintenance windows, and internet connectivity issues beyond phchas's direct control may temporarily affect service availability.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, phchas's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by phchas's negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

phchas reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where phchas reasonably believes:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A Player is under 21 years of age or has provided false eligibility information;
• A Player's Account is subject to an ongoing KYC or fraud investigation;
• Regulatory compliance or legal obligations require the restriction of Account activity;
• A Player has requested self-exclusion through the Platform or through any PAGCOR-administered exclusion program;
• Continued Account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

Upon termination for cause, phchas reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and to review Real Money Balance for withdrawal eligibility. Players terminated for fraud or material breach of these Terms forfeit all balances. Players who close their Account voluntarily in good standing are entitled to withdrawal of their verified Real Money Balance subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

phchas collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and describes in detail how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phchas may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, other Philippine regulatory authorities, or law enforcement agencies in connection with anti-money laundering obligations, regulatory inquiries, or legal proceedings. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and phchas, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Most account-related issues — including disputed game outcomes, withdrawal delays, and bonus queries — are resolved at this stage without escalation.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as applicable to PAGCOR-licensed operations. Both phchas and the Player agree to participate in good faith in any such process before pursuing litigation.

Any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15. Amendments to These Terms

phchas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phchas will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and by posting an updated version of the Terms on phchas.club with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting phchas support.
